By train

* From east (e.g. Tokyo and Nagoya)

Take a Shinkansen train, drop off at Nishi-Akashi station, take an ordinary train of JR Kobe line, and drop off at Tsuchiyama station, 3rd station from Nishi-Akashi.

* From west (e.g. Hakata (Fukuoka) and Hiroshima)

Take a Shinkansen train, drop off at Himeji station, take an ordinary train, and drop off at Tsuchiyama station, 7th station from Himeji.

It is about 10-minute walk from Tsuchiyama station: Get out of the station through South gate, walk along the railway in an eastern direction until you hit the wall of Toyo factory, then walk along the wall for about 300 meters to find the front gate.

By car

From east, take Daini-Shinmei highway; and from west, take Kakogawa bypass. Get out of the highway or bypass at Akashi Nishi (West) I.C. down to the ordinary road in a southern direction.

From Akashi Nishi I.C. , drive toward south until Shimizu intersection with Route 2; turn right and drive on Route 2; and turn left at the first intersection (Tsuchiyama intersection) and drive to JR Tsuchiyama station. Turn left at Tsuchiyama station, and drive along the railway. Cross the railway crossing in right direction, and drive along the wall of Toyo for about 300 meters where you will find the front gate of Toyo.
