High rigidity linear guides adopted

The linear guides ensure platen’s straight-moving accuracy and maintain accurate parallelism of platens, so that stable mold movement can be achieved.

Tie-bar guides eliminated

As tie-bar guides are eliminated, lubricant for tie-bar area is not necessary any more, so the mold area can be kept clean with no oil mist flying into the mold.

The movable die-platen is equipped with Toyo’s newly developed “Parallelizer “ that enables us to precisely adjust the parallelism in a short time.

This mechanism improves facing-direct-forward accuracy of the mold and reduces misalignment of the mold.

• V-clamp toggle

  Owing to its center-press effect, the V-shaped clamping mechanism provides uniform clamping force distribution over the enter mold.

• Thermo-controlled mold plate

  The thermo-controlled mold plate prevents the heat of the mold from being conducted to the machine, so that the machine can be protected from the influence of the heat of the mold.

• Double nozzle touch structure

  The double nozzle touch structure prevents inclination of the stationary die-platen due to applied nozzle touch force, and cyclic movement of the die-platen due to mold opening and closing motion is also prevented.

Injection unit variation

To cope with molding small precision electronics parts, variation of the injection unit is widened: B55D in optical lens specifications, BH150D for high speed, high response injection, and new B75D with high speed injection capacity up to 500 mm/s.
