PLASTAR CS Center
TOYO provides full support to the customer such as carrying out molding studies, test moldings, assisting model selection and proposing the adequate molding system. We also provide training on operation and maintenance when the customer purchases a machine, and we assist customers to solve molding problems that may occur during production, and propose ideas for improvement. We also visit customers to carry out on-site corrective action.

| Our permanently installed facility includes small to medium size fully electric machines. Most of the main lines of screws, heat barrels, and injection units are available. We are trying to test-mold the products in the same atmosphere as that of the customer. |

Die-Cast CS Center
This CS center has die-casting machines in various sizes for trial-casting of intended parts or newly developed parts to help customers to choose the optimum machine. The customers can use the machine for their product development.
